We’re only a little less than half way through our summer vacation, and we’ve been having a blast already with friends! Here’s a little bit of everything we’ve been up to…
We texted a picture to Mr. Softee to let him know we were waiting on our corner for the ice cream truck, and he actually came!!!!!
We’ve enjoyed a few back rub chains at sunset…
We’ve had lots of cookouts, snacks and countless popsicles with neighbors…
Movie nights with friends have been enjoyed by all!
Dad has had a few cool projects that everyone has loved… building steam engines and robots!
Mom’s been baking and busy making smoothies with kids these days…
We’ve been playing A LOT of Ben’s made up games, and his favorite is a Lego man Easter egg hunt!
We’ve enjoyed some hikes and bike rides together…
We’ve gotten to sleep wherever we want most nights, and Ben’s favorite is in Mom & Dad’s bathroom for some reason…
We celebrated National Donut Day with friends!
The best night so far was a backyard kickball game for 20 followed by an outdoor movie!
We’ve had a few parties with friends and have had a lot of fun!!!!
Mom & Dad have had a bunch of fun nights with friends too… Their favorite was a night of drinks and….wait for it… puzzles?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? I guess this is what happens when you get old
There’s also been a lot of snuggle time with Mollie!
Ben’s been teaching her a bunch of new things too!
It’s been getting pretty hot, so most of our days are spent getting wet and going to the pool!
We can’t wait to see what fun lies ahead for the rest of our summer! Hope you’re enjoying yours!
