Mom and her friend, Miss Sara, took all six kids to their family beach house for several days, and we had SO much fun together! We swam in the ocean, went tubing, saw dolphins, went crabbing, and had an awesome time hanging out together! We can’t wait to do it again soon (although Mom really wants to go without kids next time with her friends… We can’t imagine why!!!!!)
All six kids (10, 8, 6, 5, 4 & 7 months) and two crazy moms packed in our van for the 3 hour drive to Oak Island Beach in NC, and it was a surprisingly fun and pleasant trip! Emily was the best back seat Mollie babysitter ever!
Right after we arrived, even though it was a little rainy, we headed straight to the ocean to check out the waves! It was beautiful!
We tried to coordinate our jumping of the waves for a picture, but Abby seemed to be the only who got the memo…
The have an awesome private boardwalk and path out to the beach!
After dinner, the weather cleared for a nice night out on their dock on the bay where we enjoyed our first of several beautiful sunsets!
It was an awesome first day at the beach, and we couldn’t wait to see what day two would hold!
