Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving from the Beach Family! We had a wonderfully sweet and quiet Thanksgiving this year with just the 5 of us... Cooking together, playing games, and chilling out made for everyone's favorite holiday celebration to date! Sometimes it's important to step back, quiet our hearts and spend time thanking God for our most amazing blessings right before us! We hope your day was as sweet as ours!

We had a lot of chefs in the kitchen this year!

And quite a creative table decorator!

We were thankful to see a few family members to celebrate the day together even with the miles between us!

Dad taught some mean turkey cutting skills!

Abby loves to post to Instagram these days, and we're thankful for the love she brings!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Abby's Bucket List!

Abby's bucket list was next, and she was SO excited to go and meet her favorite author. She has read all of the Keeper of the Lost Cities books 3 times now, and looks up to Shannon Messenger to inspire her own interest in writing. It was great getting to listen to her talk about writing for an hour, and then get her books signed! A little "I love you" might even have slipped out when she finally got to meet her! It was a great night!

Can you find us in the crowd???  (Hint: Check out the 6th row on the Shannon Messenger side of the aisle :))

Mom's Bucket List

Mom checked something off her life-long bucket list and got to go to a Garth Brooks concert! She and her friend, Miss Kari, took a weekend road trip to Tennessee to see their favorite country artist, and they had such a blast! It was pretty awesome that he won the Entertainer of the Year award for the 7th time three days before the concert!

It was only 32 degrees at the outdoor stadium concert, so they bundled up! They did such a good job that they didn't even need their coats!

Check out all the songs he sang... It was awesome!

There were over 84,000 tickets sold, so it was quite a crowd!!!

Mom & Miss Kari also checked out the Sierra Nevada brewery in Asheville on their roadtrip... The grounds were beautiful and the beer & food was awesome too!

They had an awesome time and were so excited to work on their bucket lists together! Happy Birthday Mom!
