While we were down in Charlotte at Great Wolf Lodge, we got to see the solar eclipse in the 98% zone! Daddy REALLY wanted to see it in totality, and now that we’ve seen close to that, we want to see it too! We got our approved solar glasses, headed to the mall to wait for the big event, and hung out with friends and tons of other people, waiting to see the awesome moon pass in front of the sun. Things started getting darker and cooler outside, and everyone was in awe! (We shared our glasses with A LOT of people too, so everyone got to get a peak)!
We are TOTALLY heading to somewhere in the totality zone for the next eclipse in seven years, on Emily’s 15th birthday! Where will you be next time????
