The ceremony for Uncle Ryan and Aunt Kristie’s wedding was in a beautiful garden, and it was just perfect (except for all the things that went wrong that no one else knew about )!
Luckily, by the time of the wedding, the site was mostly shady, and there was ice cold water for everyone!
The walk over to the site wasn’t looking too promising for the ring bearer and flower girl…
But I did it in the end!!!!
Aunt Kristie arrived in her horse-drawn carriage…
And Uncle Ryan was overcome with emotion… or he was going to pass out… But he didn’t!!!! Great job Uncle Ryan!
The readings were done by Kristie’s cousin & Aunt Jenn and Uncle Aaron.
Presenting the new Mr. and Mrs. Hawkinson!!!!!
It’s party time!!!!
The kids that Mommy used to babysit for came to the wedding and they were in charge of the kid table! Mommy says, “What goes around, comes around!”
The girls were busy taking pictures all night to find everything on their photo scavenger hunt!
Time to cut the cake! Kristie had a very special surprise peeking out from under the cake for Uncle Ryan! Ben loved it too…
There were some pretty awesome toasts done by the best man, maid of honor, and Kristie’s brother!
Everyone enjoyed watching the slideshow of Uncle Ryan and Aunt Kristie growing up, even if half the pictures were of Ben and his best buddy!
The first dance of the night really kicked off the party!
Kristie and her dad had prepared a pretty fun dance together!
Emily danced the night away… until she fell asleep… Well, then her favorite song,”Shut up and dance with me” came on, and she rallied for one more dance…
Uncle Ryan had quite the moves on the dance floor too! Who knew?!?!?!!
One of Aunt Kristie’s favorite moments was dancing with Grandpa Hawk… He’s a great dancer!!!
We danced our shoes right off!!!!
Time for the traditional bouquet toss! Abby and Julia caught it the first time!
This was an interesting and PG-13 version of the garter removal, but they seemed to have fun with it!
We stayed busy during the reception, but still had time to have fun in the photo booth too!
Eight out of the ten cousins of Mommy’s were at the wedding!
It was a long day and a late night, but a fabulous party!
We got to send Uncle Ryan and Aunt Kristie off with a sparkler send off!
This was an awesome night, and we are so excited to welcome Aunt Kristie into our family! Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Hawkinson!
