Throughout the week, we enjoyed beautiful sunny weather in the 80’s all week, so we spent a lot of time boating, canoeing, kayaking and swimming!
Brian, Uncle Ryan, Abby, Emily & Ben spent a few hours canoeing down the crooked river, and had a beautiful morning to do it!
Someone forgot to give Ben the memo that he’s supposed to sit down in the canoe! Good thing he didn’t tip the boat!
The water was a bit chilly at the beginning of the week…
… but it warmed up considerably since Karin found herself in the lake… TWICE!
Ben & Emily loved the lake too, but I think they preferred the “hot tub” on the pavilion more!
Emily REALLY wanted to catch those baby ducks!
Abby did AWESOME with her swimming this week! She swam out to the floating dock and back with NO floaties, and NO help!
Water guns were a hit!
So were the bubbles!
There was a bit of fishing this week too, but I think the kids liked playing with the bait more!
Uncle Aaron’s fish did NOT want to be caught!
