Daddy’s been so busy with school lately, that mommy drove us down to Long Island again this weekend to spend some time with Aunt Bridget & Uncle Kevin. We got to do tons of fun stuff, AND we got to have a sleepover at their house! Woohoo!
-Abby & Emily
We spent the first evening hanging out at Kevin’s parents big pool… We LOVE the water!
Emily LOVED watching the planes fly over their house with Kevin’s daddy…
She was also quite the little daredevil… Check out this video!
We also got to spend a morning at the Long Island Children’s Museum! Emily & I were VERY good train conductors…
Emily could have spent the morning at the park & would have been just as happy!
Or we could have skipped the museum all together, and just have played in the van… we didn’t want to leave this cool “handicapped accessible” van!
We loved trying out the real motorcycle, and filling it up with gas…
Almost nothing beat the excitement of the bubble room!
… except maybe the “Grossology Lab”… Who wouldn’t want to learn about burping, farting, puking & everything in between???
Abby did a great job figuring out how to balance a scale…
… and she got to do her favorite activity these days… play “what’s that smell???”…
Emily was in heaven when she could practice her newfound counting skill…
… and she loved counting and making patterns out of blocks!
Abby designed a beautiful virtual house with Aunt Bridget…
… and learned how to spin tops with Uncle Kevin!
We both loved trying out the instruments in the music room…
We enjoyed everything, but we definitely spent the most time playing with their massive pile of building blocks! We love building towers & knocking them down!
Thanks for an awesome visit Aunt Bridget & Uncle Kevin! We had a blast!
