After Thanksgiving, we went to visit Grandpa Hawk and Grandma Nancy for the afternoon, and took the opportunity to take a few family and cousin pictures first (especially since we were all dressed and some of us stayed in our pajamas all day on Thanksgiving!)
Every time we tried to take a family picture, Aunt Jenn's dog, Rudy, would come and sit right in front of us! We were missing our dogs, so it was ok with us!
We haven't seen Grandpa Hawk and Grandma Nancy since before Covid, so it was so nice to catch up and spend the afternoon together!
Grandma Nancy works at a soup kitchen every year at Christmas time and brings homemade decorated cookies for them, so we were the volunteers this year to bake and decorate 160 cookies! It was a fun activity to do together, and there were some pretty good ones in the mix!
We got a lot done, and had a great time! Thank you Grandpa Hawk and Grandma Nancy for hosting!
