This years girls trip was at Topsail Beach again, and was MUCH needed by all of us! The weather was beautiful (no hurricanes on the horizon this time), the seafood was plentiful, and the time to catch up with good friends was so sweet!
We went on a sunset paddleboat cruise, and Maddie got to boat hopping with her awesome dancing!
We walked home that night on the beach, and thank goodness Maddie brought her shovel for the trip so she could show everyone how to catch sand crabs at night!
Without kids, you would think we'd have less stuff to lug back and forth to the beach, but somehow it's always more than we thought!
Somehow Maddie ended up with sunscreen in her eyes, but my magical cucumbers did the trick!
We had Topsail Steamer buckets for dinner twice on this trip... You can never have too many crab pots!
We also enjoyed ANOTHER seafood dinner out at a local restaurant one night!
What a wonderful trip spent together catching up and relaxing! Can't wait until next year!
