This year, we decided to try pumpkin picking by our house, so Nannie, Aunt Bridget, Uncle Kevin & Liam traveled to our house to check out a new farm. Grandpa wasn’t feeling well, so he stayed home… but we sure missed him! This farm was awesome! There were tons of activities for the kids, great food, a fun hayride & even pig races!
It was a “fist-pumping” good time according to Liam!
We loved playing in the corn barn…
… Liam loved it the most and did NOT want to leave!
There was even a haunted house to go through! Emily was too scared to go in, but the rest of us loved it!
There was a kid sized hay bale maze that was perfect for us!
There were giant rope spider webs to climb on!
We loved checking out the animals… bunnies, turkeys, pigs, cows & more!
We found out we were pretty strong too!
The boys loved the hay tunnel!
The boys are almost at the age where they might soon start to like playing together… it’s taking a little while for Liam to warm up to Ben these days!
There were lots of fun sports games to play with Uncle Kevin!
Check out this crazy clown that pretended to walk on his hands!
We had a great time in the corn maze, but we got tired of it pretty early on…
Liam always told us which way to go… we ended up needing the map though!
Can you find Daddy and Ben hiding in the maze?
We went to pig races at noon! They are pretty fast!
The hayride to the pumpkin patch was awesome!
Abby found the biggest family pumpkin and did an awesome job carrying it to the wagon!
Emily had a hard time lifting hers though… good thing Nannie was there to help!
Thanks Uncle Kevin for showing that even Indian corn is good for eating… we couldn’t get it away from him after that!
We were all pretty exhausted after a fun day, but we had an awesome time!
