Snow days… Take 2…

After getting back to school for one week, we got ANOTHER set of 3 snow days off of school! This time, we actually got about 5-7” of great snowman snow, which practically shut down the South for a few days! We had so much fun playing with our friends for DAYS outside!

The next morning, we were left with a winter wonderland to explore in the woods behind our house! It was beautiful!

Our church sent out a good reminder to Mom the night before the storm, and we sure enjoyed our days together! Maybe Dad will be here for the next one!

Snow Days…

After going back to school late on the day after New Years since the busses were cold, and getting home early the next day because it MIGHT snow, we finally got two full days off of school for some snow and ice! We were out bright and early, and it took Mom SEVERAL cups of coffee to make it through those days!

Happy New Year!

We rang in another new year with a visit from Nannie & Grandpa, a party at the neighbor’s house, some funny games, and a few confetti poppers… The best part was that EVERYONE made it to midnight this year! Happy New Year!

We just “pretended” to fall asleep early, but Mommy really wanted to…

…we helped her make it though!

Happy New year from our family to yours, and may 2018 be a year full of blessings for everyone!

Happy birthday Brian!

For Brian's birthday this year, Nannie & Grandpa came for a quick visit and we went out for one of his favorite dinner experiences.....
