We all finished our annual year in review sheets & filled out our hopes for 2015!
We had all kinds of festive decorations to share this year, and we had fun playing with all of them!
Nannie helped Abigail make some special strawberry cupcakes with lemon icing in her new Easy Bake oven! They were delicious, but a tad on the tiny side…
Just to be clear… this is a DESSERT size plate…
We couldn’t WAIT to play with our new green screen! We got to be in Times Square and Rockefeller Center from the comfort and warmth of our living room!
Here’s how some of our pictures turned out! Mommy has to keep practicing with photoshop, so our pictures will keep getting cooler & cooler!
Around 7pm, we decided to have our early New Years celebration so the boys could go to bed (even though the made it until 9 o’clock)! We watched the King Julian New Years Eve countdown, had a dance party (wait until you see THAT video), and had a confetti explosion at “Midnight”!
The countdown begins…
Happy New Year (Well, I’m sure it was New Years somewhere….) Ben did NOT like the confetti gun- watch how fast he’s out of there!
Check out Nannie’s New Years Eve Dance Party & Countdown video:
He was OK trying his own with Daddy though…
Liam didn’t love the noise either, but LOVED the confetti!
There was a little bit of a mess when we were all done, but it was SO worth it!
Nannie was a little bit embarrassed when we watched back the video of her dancing… but who wouldn’t be???
For the first year EVER, we had a child stay up all the way until the ball dropped! Abigail was so proud of herself, but was somewhat disappointed when she found out that all people do is kiss…
Since we don’t have cable anymore, Mommy was so proud of herself for getting a live feed of the event to stream to the TV… and she figured it out at 11:59pm!
Not everyone made it to midnight… There’s always next year though!
Happy New Year everyone! Mommy will post a few videos of our event when she figures them out Stay tuned…
