Happy Mother's Day

For Mother's Day this year, we took our mommy to Sesame Place for the day! It was a bit cold, and VERY windy at times, but we had an AWESOME time! She said it was her best Mother's Day EVER!!!

-Abby & Emily

I've been telling Emily all about this awesome place, and she couldn't wait to get going!

She's not really walking yet though, so mommy & daddy had to help her along...

I finally have a buddy to sit on the Sesame Place steps with!

We both loved all the slides they have there... especially Emily! Slides are her FAVORITE thing to go on!

Emily wasn't too sure about Cookie Monster, but I loved him!

We had lots of treats to eat, and my favorites were my big lollipop, and my Elmo cupcake! Emily just loved her Sesame place straw cup... maybe mommy should try giving her her milk in one of these!

Jack Hana, the animal expert, was there today, and he brought TONS of animals with him and did a live show! There was a turtle, an armadillo, an owl, a flamingo, several beautiful cats, a really big lizard, a snake (mommy wasn't too happy about that one), a penguin, a lemur, and even a porcupine! They were so cool!

Guess what..... I went on my very first roller coaster today! I have been waiting to go on it since I first saw it there last September, and I loved it so much, that I went on it EIGHT times! Now I just need to get my Uncle Kevin to come on with me... it's not that bad, really!!!!!

Here is a video of me on my first roller coaster ride! (Mommy was holding onto her iPhone for dear life so you could all see this, so it's a bit bumpy!):

Emily was finally big enough this year to go on some rides! Look how little she was last time we went!

She went on tons of rides too, and loved every one of them... she just kept clapping through them all!

Here's a little video of Emily enjoying one of her favorite rides!

I remember this ride well from last year, but for some reason, I don't look any bigger, and daddy doesn't look any less scared!

Mommy & I loved the teacups... she spins them SO fast!

We had such a blast, and I can't wait to go back again soon!

To top off an already wonderful day, daddy bought mommy a bouquet of 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries... we all thought they were so delicious! (Mommy even got to eat some too)!

Happy Mother's Day everyone! We hope you had a very special day!
