Bathtime

Bathtime is so much fun at our house these days! Abby and I could play in there for hours, and we love splashing each other... although she has much better aim than I do! She's such a big sister... she even helps to wash me up, but sometimes I wish she'd just let mommy do it! Either way, I LOVE my bathtime!

Our trip to Chicago & Michigan

My family went on a road trip to Chicago last week to see Mor-Mor and Ry-Ry, and my future husband, Drew. Then we also got to see my cousins in Michigan! Emily and I did great in the car, and we even got to spend 2 nights in a hotel... with a POOL! I had so much fun at Mor-Mor's house & visiting with Drew. We got to play at his house, go to the Children's Museum, and go to the park together! Emily and I even got to go and see Mor-Mor's school, and mommy was the "Mystery reader" to the Kindergarten class!

After our time in Chicago, we continued on to Michigan to see my Aunt Jenna, Uncle Aaron, and my cousins Megan ("Manga"), Alayna, and Julia ("Jewel"). We had so much fun playing princesses, going to the zoo & the park, playing outside together, and we even had fun trying to pose for mommy's "flower" photoshoot for Mor-Mor. Emily was especially excited to get to meet Grandpa Hawk and Grandma Nancy for the first time!

There were WAY too many pictures to post on the blog, so I helped mommy make a slideshow instead this time! Enjoy... I know I did! Thanks for a great trip everyone... I miss you all already!

Swimming lessons!

I just started swimming lessons this week with two of my good friends, Julie & John Guy. Mommy was so proud of me, especially since I had to go to class WITHOUT her! I loved every minute of it and can't wait to go back next time!

I LOVE swimming!

60 degrees!

It was a beautiful 60 degrees outside today, so mommy took Abby and I took the park for a "taste of spring fun" as she called it. I LOVE the swings, and can't wait to go ALL the time!

Doggie birthday party!

We had a double doggie birthday party this weekend for my Cody dog & my dog cousin, Shamus! It was Shamus's FIRST birthday, so Aunt Bridget and I made some special dog bones for them & mommy even got them party hats! They loved the bones, but could have done without the hats! We had a hard time telling them apart this time... they look the same!

Cody looked MISERABLE... first she had to get a haircut, then she had to share her house with Shamus, and to top it all off, mommy made her wear her own party hat...

I loved helping them opening up their presents... although Cody could have done it all by herself!

The dogs LOVED their dog bone "birthday cake" that we made for them!

Shamus was even caught stealing a few...
