I’m ready for winter!

OK, so maybe I’m not REALLY ready for winter, but I just had to try out the new hat that mommy knit for me! I love it, and it’s going to keep me SO warm! Now we just need some snow!

Weekend in the Hamptons

I got to go to my Nannie’s alone for a special sleepover this weekend, and we had an awesome time! She took me swimming at a pool, we went to the “the-ate-er” to see a production of Snow White and her “Frozen” apple, we had LOTS of ice cream with Grandpa, and we even got to have our donuts for breakfast on the beach! After our sleepover, Mommy, Daddy, Emily, and Aunt Bridget joined us at the beach for a fun afternoon of playing in the sand and swimming.

I am QUITE the drama queen these days…

Emily LOVED showing Aunt Bridget her new exercises that she learned… “And bounce, and bounce, and bounce…”

Later that night we went back to the beach for some dinner, rock collecting, kite flying, and crabbing! We all had a great time!

Fairy Garden Hunt!

This morning we met up with some of our friends from the MOMS Club, and went to the local Arboretum to check out the fairy garden exhibit! There are tons of little fairy homes built out of all natural items that could be found all throughout the garden. I had such a blast with all my friends trying to find all of them! I think we may have even seen a fairy!

Our quick family trip to Maine

Our mommy is a little bit crazy… She was missing Maine so much this summer that she decided on Friday afternoon that she needed to go up there to see everyone, if only for a day! So, less than two hours later, we had booked a hotel, dropped Cody off at the neighbors, packed the car & were on the road! We got up there late on Friday night, and stayed only until Sunday morning, but we had a blast! Thanks for a great trip Mom & Dad!

We got to visit with Mor-Mor and lots of extended family that I had never met before. They loved calling me by my new, changed name… “Jasmine”!

 

 

The water was a bit cold for mommy, but that didn’t stop daddy & I from jumping right in!

I loved jumping off the rock that mommy played on when she was a little girl!

 

 

Emily didn’t like the water as much as I did…

For dinner one night, we went out on the Songo River Queen ( a huge paddle boat), and got a beautiful tour of Long Lake!

 

In the morning, we took a walk down to Woody’s Hole, where we got to throw our three rocks… mommy’s family’s traditions are crazy, but they sure are fun!

 

We had a GREAT time, but can’t wait to go back again with our cousins, Megan, Alayna & Julia!
