Our “first” Christmas celebration

This morning we had our family Christmas celebration and exchanged gifts with each other. Since we’re going to Chicago for Christmas this year, we decided to have a quiet morning with just the four of us. Everyone had such a giving spirit… especially Abby, who wanted us all to open the presents that she got for us first!

Emily LOVED her new shopping cart, and she had the pantry emptied out in no time!

We each got Disney ornaments from mommy to remember our trip to Disney World this past summer!

Abby picked these gifts out for mommy all by herself, and mommy loved them!

Abby LOVED her new MobiGo & couldn’t wait to try it out on the car trip to Chicago!

Both girls loved Emily’s gift to Abby this year… a super cool marble run! I’m not sure who had more fun… the girls, or daddy!

Gingerbread time!

Mommy let us spend the afternoon decorating gingerbread man cookies, and we had a blast! Emily got a few candies on her cookies, but most of them ended up in her tummy!

Professional Photo Shoot

Mommy took us to a professional studio today in hopes of getting some good shots of us this year for the photo wall, but we had other plans for her! At least there were a few good ones in the mix…

Mommy was at it again! She’s still trying to get a good Christmas picture, even though the Christmas cards have already been ordered… Why does she do this to herself?

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration this year at Nannie & “Opa”s house! We got to help Nannie make her special stuffing, set the table with all of our homemade crafts that we made with mommy, eat a delicious meal & spend a lot of fun time with our family! We are very thankful this year!

Our popcorn party at preschool!

Today was a special day at preschool, as we celebrated Thanksgiving with a popcorn party! Mommy even came and took some pictures!

After our snack time, we lined up to head down to the basement, where there was a cool surprise waiting for us…

My favorite job is to feed the fish, but handing out the flutes is pretty cool too…

 

We’ve been learning about the 5 senses lately!
